For hawkers and canteens, the transaction fee and subscription fee are waived till Dec 2020
For coffee shops, the transaction fee is at 0.3%. The subscription fee is waived till Dec 2020

No. The NETS QR label and the terminal come in a bundle. Merchants are required to display both the label and the terminal on their storefront.
The NETS QR code is a unified QR code payment platform that is able to accept payments from customers using NETSPay, DBS PayLah!, OCBC’s Pay Anyone and UOB’s Mighty apps. HSBC, Maybank, Standard Chartered Bank and Citibank are expected to offer this service shortly.
NETS QR is a domestic QR code platform in Singapore whereas SG QR builds on the EMVCo QR specifications and allows for both domestic and international scheme acceptance.
NETS QR code payment is available at more than 55,000 acceptance points including at more than 2000 stalls at hawker centres and canteens across the island.
Please check your NETSBiz App or NETS Terminal for the notification and validate that the transaction amount received is correct.
NETSBiz App:
You can either look out for the text alert and listen out for the voice alert*, or check your in-app transaction details to ensure that the payment has been made successfully.
*Please set up notifications and voice alert in the NETSBiz App to receive text and voice notifications. Voice alert is not available in iOS.
NETS Terminal:
You can look out for the successful approval on the terminal screen and printed receipt.
Customers facing connectivity issues with their payment app may have made multiple attempts to make payment, and as a result been overcharged. If a customer requests for a refund on the overcharged amount, please ensure you validate the customer’s request by checking the transaction details via your NETSBiz app or mConnect before providing the refund.
