Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“NETS”) is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to provide e-money issuance services. Please note that this does not mean you will be able to recover all the money you paid to NETS if NETS’ business fails.

vCashCard (Personal) is a service that enables customers to pay ERP charges using their credit/debit cards.

The service is jointly provided by LTA and NETS and the use of the vCashCard is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Use of CashCard.

Register for vCashCard online via the NETS website at https://vCashCard.nets.com.sg. Complete the online application form with your personal, vehicle and credit/debit card details.

NETS will send you an SMS and email notification within 3 working days to advise on the application status and the effective start date of your vCashCard service.

Upon successful registration, the first top-up amount will be charged to your card.

Prior to the effective start date, please continue to use your CashCard or FlashPay (applicable for second generation IU) for ERP needs.

vCashCard is a service that enables customers to pay ERP charges using their credit/debit cards for their personal registered vehicles(s).

The service is jointly provided by LTA and NETS and the use of the vCashCard service is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Use of CashCard.

You can terminate the vCashCard service for your vehicle by logging in to your vCashCard account on the NETS App or website https://vCashCard.nets.com.sg and opting for termination under “Vehicle Details”. Once your vehicle(s) is/are terminated, you may wish to seek refund of your vCashCard account. You can opt to refund the remaining balance into the bank account (debit card)/credit card that you have designated for the top-up of your vCashCard or you can opt for a refund to an alternative bank account of your choice within 7 working days.

Please ensure that your vCashCard account balance is not zero or negative.

There is no expiry date for the vCashCard.

Yes, you may perform a refund as long as you are the registered user of the vCashCard account.

When your vCashCard balance falls below the pre-determined threshold amount, we will send you an SMS and email notification to top-up your account with sufficient funds by 12 noon on the same day. If your vCashCard balance is below zero and if the top-up attempt fails (due to insufficient funds/terminated bank account or blocked/expired cards), we will proceed to terminate your vehicle(s) linked to your vCashCard account.

Please terminate your vehicle linked to your vCashCard account in advance on the NETS App or website https://vCashCard.nets.com.sg and allow 3 working days for termination to be effective. At the same time, please ensure that your vCashCard account balance has sufficient balance at the point of termination.

Please login to your vCashCard account on the NETS App or website https://vCashCard.nets.com.sg to terminate the account service for any linked vehicle(s) and allow up to 3 working days for the termination to be effective. Please insert your CashCard with sufficient amount in your vehicle IU(s) to pay for all applicable ERP charges upon the effective end date for the vCashCard.

You may wish to log in to the NETS App or website https://vCashCard.nets.com.sg using your NETS App account user ID and log-in password to change your top-up account to a new and valid credit/debit card. If you are unable to change the top-up account with a new credit/debit card in time, you are advised to insert a NETS CashCard / FlashPay / Motoring Card into your IU until you are able to furnish your new credit/debit card details to avoid unnecessary charges.

Please note that until your NETS vCashCard service is terminated, you will have to continue paying for all charges incurred.

You may log in to the NETS App or website https://vCashCard.nets.com.sg to update your vCashCard with your replacement credit/debit card details.

You will receive an SMS and email notification from NETS to update your vehicle information to avoid disruption to your vCashCard service. Log on to the NETS App or website https://vCashCard.nets.com.sg to update the vehicle particulars and allow 3 working days for the change of vehicle or IU number to be effective to your vCashCard account. During this time, please continue to have your NETS CashCard or NETS FlashPay/Motoring Card (applicable for second generation IU) for ERP transactions in your new vehicle/IU to avoid unnecessary charges.

For any credit/debit card enquiries, please contact your issuing bank.

Due to an application upgrade, the new vCashCard website requires users to register a new NETS account. If you already have a NETS account (i.e. existing NETS App account), you may log in with your NETS account credentials.

You may try retrieving your User ID by clicking ‘Forgot User ID’ and providing your Full Name and Mobile number registered. You will be prompt with a security question. Once that is completed, the user ID will be retrieved for your usage.  As for password, you may just click on ‘Request for one-time Password’ to complete the linking of your vCashCard to NETS App.

The one-time password will be sent to your email address registered with vCashCard.
