Today Cook What – Jjapaguri

Jjapaguri Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Chapagetti
  • 1 packet of Neoguri
  • 1 diced chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Optional: 

  • 1 egg
  • 1 head of bok choy
  • 1 sprig of spring onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Add cooking oil to pot.
  2. Stir-fry chicken breast with garlic and black pepper.
  3. Bring water to boil in another pot.
  4. Add both noodles and vegetable mixes, stirring occasionally until al dente.
  5. Strain noodles and keep 1 cup of noodle water.
  6. Add chicken breast, 1 cup of noodle water, and both noodle seasonings.
  7. Stir well until noodles are coated with sauce.

Optional:

  1. Add bok choy, sunny side-up and spring onions.
