NETS’ HCM Awarded Leading HR Practices in Total Rewards Honour

Singapore, 27 August 2019 – NETS’ Human Capital Management (HCM) team has received recognition for its leading HR practices in the area of Compensation & Rewards Management and Performance Management. NETS won the Leading HR Practices in Total Rewards category at the Singapore HR Awards 2019, organised by the Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).

Held on 27 August, the Awards celebrates and recognises leading organisations and their HR professionals in driving impactful human capital strategies and practices in Singapore. It serves as a platform to promote and recognise HR excellence in Singapore that has positively improved HR in organisations and the workforce.

The Leading HR Practices in Total Rewards award focuses on the measurements and management of the performance of employees and business, and the metrics that are developed to improve and reward employees’ performance. The compensation, salary, benefits and rewards management programmes are aligned with business needs such as cost effectiveness, business growth and retention.
