Promotion Terms and Conditions:

  1. This promotion is valid from 3 October 00:00hr SGT to 31 October 23:59hr SGT 2018 for MOL Singapore users only.
  2. Promotion is applicable for MOL Singapore users who top up zGold-MOLPoints via eNETS through MOL Singapore Portal (www.mol.com) only.
  3. There is no limitation of the number of purchases per user.
  4. The maximum amount that you can have in your MOL Member account at any one time is SGD215.00, or, SGD400.00 for users who have upgraded their Member account to receive increased balance limit.
  5. Bonus zGold-MOLPoints will be automatically added into users’ MOL account immediately after they successfully top up during the promotion period, provided that the MOL account has sufficient credit allowance and has not reached its wallet cap.
  6. If the users have reached their MOL wallet cap, unredeemed bonus zGold-MOLPoints are to be retrieved from users’ MOL account members’ page (www.mol.com/Account/Member) under “Rewards Redemption” tab after they successfully top up during the promotion period.
  7. MOL users may reload the unredeemed bonus zGold-MOLPoints into their MOL account, provided that the MOL account has sufficient credit allowance and has not reached its wallet cap.
  8. Unredeemed Bonus zGold-MOLPoints are to be reloaded into MOL account and utilised within 03 months after this promotion.
  9. MOL‘s decision on all matters including the terms and conditions related to this promotion shall be final, binding and conclusive on all persons participating in this event, and no correspondence will be entertained. In the unlikely event of a dispute, MOL’s decision shall be final.
  10. If for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as intended, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, force majeure, or any causes beyond the control of MOL which corrupts or affects the conduct of this promotion, MOL reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate all the affected entries (qualified purchases).
  11. NETS is not an agent and makes no representation as to quality of goods and services provided.
  12. Any dispute about the quality of performance of the product &/or service(s) is to be resolved directly with the merchant.
  13. NETS and the respective merchants reserve the right to vary/amend the terms & conditions governing the offers at anytime.
