How to Top-Up the Contactless CashCard

At NETS Top-Up Machines,

  • Tap your Contactless CashCard against the card reader instead of inserting your card
  • Refer to the steps for 'NETS FlashPay / Contactless CashCard' presented on the instruction guide

Paying with the Contactless CashCard



Just like your existing CashCard, insert the Contactless CashCard into the car's Dual Mode IU to pay for ERP charges.



  1. Insert the Contactless CashCard into the IU
  2. At the carpark, wait for auto-deduction to occur
  3. Tap the Contactless CashCard against the carpark reader if there is no auto-deduction

*Please note that the Contactless CashCard is currently not accepted at Cineleisure Orchard and The Cathay carparks.

RSVP (Retailer Stored Value Programme)

Enjoy exclusive deals with RSVP (Retailer Stored Value Programme) at participating merchants. Simply top up the RSVP wallet on your NETS FlashPay card, or purchase a merchant co-branded NETS FlashPay card pre-loaded with RSVP value to enjoy the relevant promotion at the participating merchant.

Unlike the stored value in NETS FlashPay cards which can be used for public transport and general retail purchases, the RSVP value is stored in a private wallet that can only be used at a specific merchant. It cannot be used for public transport and general retail purchases, or at other RSVP merchants.


The merchant is solely responsible for the sale, provision and/or delivery of the goods and services under the relevant merchant program. Please refer to the RSVP Terms and Conditions for more details.

        • CashCard: Max. 25 transactions
        • NETS FlashPay/Contactless CashCard: Max. 30 transactions

6. Prepaid Top-Up

Top up your prepaid Mobile SIM card (Starhub/M1/Singtel)

Pay bills for a range of organizations, including SP services, selected education centres and hospitals

Yes, the Contactless CashCard has a validity period of 7 years from the date of issue.

You are entitled to a refund of the remaining stored value in the NETS FlashPay Card/Contactless CashCard within 2 years after the validity period. 

If your NETS FlashPay Card/Contactless CashCard has expired for more than 1 calendar year after the Validity Period, NETS shall be entitled to levy a service charge of S$1.00 per month or such other amount as NETS may determine from time to time, such levy to be deducted monthly from the Stored Value commencing the month after the end of the 1 year until the Stored Value is fully depleted, or until the 72nd calendar month (6 calendar years), whichever is the earlier.
