Singapore, 16 August 2021 – Effective 13 September 2021, Network for Electronic Transfers (NETS) customer service centre will relocate from Central Plaza Level 6 to 351 Braddell Road #01-03 Singapore 579713. Operating hours will remain at the following times:
- Mon to Fri – 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
- Sat/ Sun/ Public Holidays – Closed
NETS Customer Service Centre will provide services at Central Plaza until 5.30pm on Friday, 10 September 2021. Safe distancing measures must be observed at all times at the Customer Service Centre.
The move marks the first time the Customer Service Centre and NETS offices at Central Plaza will relocate since 1995. Customers who have further queries may contact NETS Customer Service hotline at 6274 1212 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
The relocation of NETS Customer Service Centre to the new Braddell office is part of the consolidation of all NETS entity into one location by 2022. Spanning 93,000 square feet across three floors, the new office will house NETS, NETS Solutions Pte Ltd and Banking Computer Services Private Limited (BCS) under one roof. BCS manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure for the Singapore Clearing House Association, including Fast And Secure Transfers (FAST), Inter-bank GIRO (IBG), Cheque Truncation System (CTS), and provides services for PayNow and SGQR Central Repository.
The integration of all NETS offices into one location is aimed at facilitating greater collaboration across the three NETS’ entities and enhance synergies across the Group. The design of the office took on board the new hybrid working model, with the intended use of the office as a hub with more collaborative spaces and meeting rooms. Done in phases, the relocation will be completed by June 2022.
