Muah Chee is a popular street snack available at almost every pasar malam, and preparing it is so simple that anyone can do it at home this long weekend!

Muah Chee Recipe
120g peanut powder
128g glutinous rice flour
3 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Add glutinous rice flour, water and ½ teaspoon of sesame oil.
Mix until batter is smooth and set aside.
Add ½ teaspoon of sesame oil to a non-stick pan.
Heat pan over medium heat and allow oil to coat pan.
Add mixture to pan and fold.
Fold dough until it turns into a ball.
Remove dough after 4 minutes.
Add sugar to peanut powder and mix well.
Place dough into peanut and sugar mixture.
Cut dough into bite-sized pieces with scissors and coat the muah chee pieces well.
