Baked Sushi Recipe
150g crab sticks
150g crab meat
300g sushi rice
40g fish roe
100g Japanese mayonnaise
2 stalks of chopped green onions
Add crab meat, crab sticks, Japanese mayonnaise, Sriracha, fish roe, and chopped green onions in a large bowl and mix well.
Prepare glass oven dish.
Gently press and spread sushi rice evenly onto oven dish.
Sprinkle ½ of the Furikake over sushi rice.
Spread crab mixture evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining Furikake.
Preheat oven to 230 C and bake for 10 minutes.
Allow dish to cool. Divide dish into equal pieces and serve with seaweed sheets.
