Baked Sushi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 150g crab sticks
  • 150g crab meat
  • 60g Furikake
  • 300g sushi rice
  • 40g fish roe
  • 50g Sriracha
  • 100g Japanese mayonnaise
  • 2 stalks of chopped green onions
  • Seaweed sheets

Instructions:

  1. Add crab meat, crab sticks, Japanese mayonnaise, Sriracha, fish roe, and chopped green onions in a large bowl and mix well.
  2. Prepare glass oven dish.
  3. Gently press and spread sushi rice evenly onto oven dish.
  4. Sprinkle ½ of the Furikake over sushi rice.
  5. Spread crab mixture evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Furikake.
  7. Preheat oven to 230 C and bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Allow dish to cool. Divide dish into equal pieces and serve with seaweed sheets.
