What are the solutions that can be applied for via the NETS Website?

Note: Solutions applied for through the NETS Website will be for permanent usage. A default wireless terminal will be given.

Can I apply for a temporary terminal via the NETS Website?

No. For application on temporary terminal please download the application form.

Can I apply for 2 solutions in a single application?

No. You may only apply for a single solution per application.

What if I want to apply for 2 solutions?

Please contact us for more information.

How do I place the $200 deposit cheque?

Please mail the cheque for the $200 deposit to NETS’ office upon successful registration. Alternatively, you may provide the cheque during the collection of the NETS terminal at NETS’ office.

What if I don’t have cheque?

Please contact our salesperson to apply for the solution.

Where can I get the GIRO form?

a) You may download the GIRO form.

b) An email with GIRO form will be sent to your registered email address after registration.

If I did not receive the email, where can I get the GIRO form?
What is the cut -off time for the applications to be submitted?

Applications submitted after 12:00HRS will be processed on the next working day.

What are the documents required for the application?

Please prepare the following before applying for the solution through the NETS website.

For ACRA registered companies:

1) ACRA details

2) $200 cheque deposit

3) A DBS/OCBC/UOB bank account statement

 

For Non-ACRA registered companies:

1) NRIC details

2) NEA license

3) A DBS/OCBC/UOB bank account statement

Uploading file size requirements

a) Image format must be PDF or JPEG.

b) File size must not exceed 2MB per document.

Deployment of terminal for F&B & Retail Solution

For F&B Solution & Retail Solution, terminal will be self-collection at NETS office on the next working day.
