NETS Top Up Machines allow you to perform the following functions* for your NETS FlashPay, CashCard and Contactless CashCard: 

1. Top Up

Top up using your NETS bank cards

2. Auto Top Up

De-register your Auto Top Up functionality

3. Balance Enquiry

Check your remaining card balance

4. Credit Rebate

Receive funds for faulty cards/disputed transactions

5. Statement Reprint

Print your transaction history: 

    • CashCard: Max. 25 transactions
    • NETS FlashPay/Contactless CashCard: Max. 30 transactions

6. Prepaid Top Up

Top up your prepaid Mobile SIM card (Starhub/M1/Singtel)

*Please note: As the type of terminal within the machine differs, not all of the above listed functions may be available. Please refer to the menu displayed on the terminal screen to check for available functions.

NETS Self Service Stations allow you to perform the following functions:

1. Top Up

Top up your NETS FlashPay, CashCard and Contactless CashCard using your NETS bank cards

2. Prepaid Top Up

Top up your prepaid Mobile SIM card (Starhub/M1/Singtel)

3. Bill Payment

Pay bills for a range of organizations, including SP services, selected education centres and hospitals
