The mobile card reader is tamper-proof and is designed to shut down if someone tries to manipulate the device. It also uses encryption methods which adhere to the financial industry standards and is PCI Compliant.

Un-pair the device and then pair the device again. Hold the green tick button until the Bluetooth icon flashes. At the instant it flashes, release the button.

The Bluetooth icon should continue flashing, and you can now pair your mobile device to the card reader via the Bluetooth settings in your mobile device.

Perform a factory reset on the device. This can be done by grabbing a pin and pressing the button in the hole next to the power button. You will then be prompted to select amongst three options, choose option 3.

When the device is ready, pair the device and try performing a transaction.
