Position Summary

The incumbent is responsible for providing support to the team for all merchant events. He/She is required to assist in the entire events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate, liaise & manage internal & external stakeholders, vendors, suppliers, etc with regard to event queries and/or requests
  • Assist manager in assigned projects or BAU jobs in ensuring that all documentation needed are given before event
  • Any other ad- hoc duties


  • Minimum Primary/PSLE/O Levels/N levels
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in handling customers & events planning/co-ordination
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking merchants
  • Strong excel knowledge
  • Comfortable to talk on the phone (50% of the time)
