Jeffrey Goh

Group CEO

Mr Goh was appointed Group CEO following NETS’ acquisition of BCS and BCSIS in 2017. He has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology with particular expertise in payment solutions technology.

He co-founded two payment solutions companies, and has also worked at IBM Singapore and National Computer Board, Singapore. Prior to joining NETS in 2011, he was co-founder/COO of AXS Pte Ltd. Mr Goh is a regional council member of UnionPay International and a council member of ASEAN+3’s East Asia Business Council. He was also the former Chairman of the Asian Payment Network. He holds an MBA from the Western Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Iowa.

Jocelyn Ang

Chief Operating Officer

As COO, Ms Ang is responsible for NETS’ day-to-day operations, implementing the company’s strategic direction and driving the growth of its debit and internet payments businesses.

In her tenure with NETS, she has held various senior management positions including Managing Director, General Manager (Operations), General Manager (Cards & Processing Business) and General Manager (Business Development & Strategic Planning). Ms Ang has more than 20 years of experience in the payments and electronic commerce industry, having previously worked at Singapore Network Services and the National Computer Board. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the National University of Singapore, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from Singapore Institute of Management and an MBA from the University of Durham, UK.

Tan Seng Chun

Group Chief Financial Officer

Mr Tan is responsible for the overall financial management of the company including financial reporting and operations, systems, processes, project management and corporate planning.

He has more than 20 years of experience in finance and was most recently Finance Director for Asia Pacific at Habasit AG. Mr Tan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and Singapore Institute of Directors.

David Woo

Group Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer of the NETS Group, Mr Woo is responsible for the Group’s overall technology strategy.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT and Payment industry having held senior positions at major global corporations including Accenture, Cassis International, VISA, NETS and Oberthur Technologies. Mr Woo holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Electrical Engineering (First Class Honours) from the University of Leeds.

Koh Kwee Inn

Group Chief Risk & Compliance Officer

Ms Koh oversees the Risk Management and Compliance functions of the NETS Group. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

She led the business process-reengineering project to transform the Automated Clearing House and successfully implemented the Public Key Infrastructure/Certificate Authority, eGIRO, Cheque Truncation Systems and Fast And Secure Transfer system. Ms Koh obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has also obtained certification for Governance Risk Management and Compliance Professional (GRCP) from the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG).

Ian Ker

Group Chief Information Security Officer

Mr Ker oversees the Information Security domain of the NETS Group and is responsible for the Group’s information security strategy as well as the functioning of the Information Security division.

Prior to joining the Group, he was the Regional Head of Security (Asia) at Rabobank where he led a team of 20 security roles across seven countries and established strategic transformation of the regional security and technology risk function.

Mr Ker holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore and was awarded the Lee Kuan Yew Gold Medal for his achievement.

Henry Chan

Group Audit Head

Mr Chan heads the Group Audit function. In his role, he is responsible for strengthening the Group’s governance and control environment by providing independent and objective assurance that business activities are functioning effectively.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial industry, including at the regional level, having held various roles at ING Group, Credit Suisse and OCBC Bank. Mr Chan holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science & Information System) from the National University of Singapore. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).

Leow Yuen Fong

Head, Human Capital Management

Ms Leow is responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions and plays a key role in developing HR strategies and initiatives aligned to meeting business objectives through the implementation of effective HR programmes for the NETS Group.

She has more than 20 years’ experience in human resource management. Ms Leow holds a Bachelor of Arts from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts and a Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management.

Jimmy Quek

MD, BCS

Mr Quek heads BCS which operates Singapore’s core electronic transfer services including FAST, Interbank GIRO, PayNow and the Cheque Truncation System.

He has more than 36 years of experience in the payments industry and was actively involved in the implementation of a number of clearing and payments systems in Singapore. Mr Quek has also played an active role in the provision and setting up of similar clearing and payments solutions to countries in the region. He is an alumni of the INSEAD Business School.

Ricky Lim

MD, BCSIS

Mr Lim heads BCSIS providing clearing, payment and business outsourcing services to the financial industry including central banks, clearing houses and commercial banks.

He has over 20 years of experience in corporate banking, holding senior roles in marketing, product management and solutions delivery. Prior to joining BCSIS, Mr Lim was Senior Vice President and Head of Regional Cash Management at OCBC Bank responsible for driving the cash product strategy for Global Transaction Banking in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Greater China. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of London.
