Ching Wei Hong


Mr Ching Wei Hong is the Chief Operating Officer of OCBC Bank since 15 April 2012. In addition to Global Consumer Financial Services which he has had oversight of since May 2010, he is responsible for the Group Operations & Technology, Group Corporate Communications, Group Quality & Service Excellence and OCBC Property Services functions of the Bank.


Mr Ching is also Chairman of Bank of Singapore, OCBC Securities and Lion Global Investors. As Head of Global Consumer Financial Services, he is responsible for building OCBC Bank’s consumer banking business in its key markets and expanding the Bank's wealth management franchise. In his tenure with the Bank, he has held senior management responsibilities across various roles including Chief Financial Officer, Head of Group Operations and Technology and Head of Transaction Banking.


Mr Ching has more than 30 years of experience in regional finance, corporate banking and cash management. Before joining OCBC, he was Director of Corporate Finance, Philips Electronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. He also held senior regional assignments in Bank of America and was Treasurer of Union Carbide Asia Pacific. Mr Ching holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.

Tan Su Shan


Ms Tan Su Shan was appointed Chairman of the NETS Board on 12 January 2016.

Ms Tan is currently the Managing Director and Group Head of Wealth Management and Consumer Banking of DBS Bank. She joined DBS in June 2010. She also serves as the President Commissioner for PT Bank DBS Indonesia.


Prior to joining DBS, Ms Tan was Morgan Stanley’s Head of Private Wealth Management for Southeast Asia. Before re-joining Morgan Stanley in May 2008, she was a Region Head for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei for Citi Private Bank. She was responsible for the private bank’s overall business and a board director of Citi Trust Singapore. Ms Tan was also the Singapore Investment Centre Head.


Prior to that, she was an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley in Singapore, serving from 1997 to 2005 as an investment adviser to high net worth families, corporates and institutions in the region.


Before joining Morgan Stanley, Ms Tan spent eight years in ING Baring Securities in institutional equity sales, working in key financial hubs in London, Tokyo and Hong Kong.


Ms Tan was a Nominated Member of Parliament in Singapore between February 2012 to August 2014. She was the founder and past president of the Financial Women’s Association in Singapore, and a board member of Aetos Security Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings. She also sits on the investment committee of Ministry of Health Holdings. In addition, Ms Tan is co-chairman of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Private Banking Advisory Group.


Married with two children, Ms Tan is actively involved in fund-raising for various Singaporean charities and sits on the board of Singapore’s KK Hospital Health Endowment Fund, which provides financial support to needy patients. She was a past board member of the National Museum and a member of the International Women’s Foundation and the Young Presidents Organisation. On the education front, she is an advisor to Hwa Chong Institution, SJI International School and Lincoln College, Oxford University.


Ms Tan graduated with a Master of Arts from Oxford University in the United Kingdom, where she studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics. In February 2006, she was selected by Citi Private Bank to participate in the Senior Leadership Program at Harvard Business School. In May 2012, she was awarded the Distinguished Financial Industry Competent Professional (FICP) title, which is the highest certification mark for a financial practitioner in Singapore, by the Institute of Banking and Finance. In June 2013, Ms Tan was named “Outstanding Private Banker of the Year” by Private Banker International – the first time an Asian has won this global award since its inception 20 years ago. In October 2014, Ms Tan became the first Singaporean to be recognised as the world’s “Best Leader in Private Banking” by PWM and The Banker, leading wealth publications by the Financial Times Group.

Susan Hwee


Ms Susan Hwee is the Head of Group Technology and Operations of UOB Bank. She joined UOB in 2001.She is responsible for the provision of both information technology and banking operations services and infrastructure to ensure quality service delivery and operational efficiency. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore and has more than 30 years of experience in banking and operations.

Eddie Khoo


Mr Eddie Khoo is the Head of Group Personal Financial Services of UOB Bank. He joined UOB in 2005. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from the University of Oregon, USA. He has more than 20 years of experience in consumer banking.

Neo Bock Cheng


Mr Neo Bock Cheng is the Head, Global Transaction Banking of OCBC Bank. He joined OCBC Bank in October 2003 as Head of Cash Management. He was appointed Senior Vice President in April 2005 to oversee the Global Transaction Banking Division which provides cash management, trade finance, and nominee services to corporate and commercial banking customers.


In April 2012, he was appointed Executive Vice President. Mr Neo brings with him more than 25 years of corporate banking experience, including over 13 years with regional assignments at several major international banks such as Citibank and JP Morgan Chase. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from the National University of Singapore.

Jeremy Soo


Mr Jeremy Soo joined DBS in 2003 and is currently the Managing Director and Head of DBS Consumer Banking Group in Singapore. He oversees the DBS, POSB, Wealth Management networks and distribution, ATM/digital/mobile channels as well as all key consumer-related products and services in Singapore.


Mr Soo is instrumental in the digital transformation of DBS Singapore’s consumer banking business. Under his leadership, the consumer banking business rolled out several first-in-market innovations, including DBS SMS Q, POSB Cash-Point and DBS FasTrack. The business has also shown consistent revenue growth and gains in market share across most segments – no small feat given Singapore’s highly competitive banking landscape.


Prior to his current position, Mr Soo was the Head of Secured Loans, responsible for DBS Consumer Secured Loans with portfolio covering products relating to mortgages for residential & commercial properties, Auto Loans Financing, Secured Overdrafts and Share Margin Finance.


Mr Soo has 30 years of consumer banking and finance experience. Before DBS, he spent 18 years with Citibank Global Consumer Banking Group, Singapore as the key management staff primarily responsible for Consumer Lending.


A Singapore citizen, Mr Soo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management (Economics) from the University of London.
