1. What is the NETS Privilege Programme?
    The NETS Privilege Programme is a programme that entitles special offers or discounts to consumers who use NETS products and services. It is made up of 2 components:
    A. NETS PRIVILEGE PROGRAMME
What is it – Ongoing discounts and privileges to increase sale at your stores.
What you can offer – Exclusive deals for customers who use NETS products and services. E.g. Discounts, Rebate voucher, Gift-with-Purchase, Purchase-with-Purchase, One-for-One offers, Birthday Discounts, First-time-customers etc.
    B. WAREHOUSE/ SALE EVENTS
What is it – Additional channel to reach out to NETS base and to raise awareness for your sale events.
What you can offer – Special joint promotions between your company and NETS. E.g. Previews, Special Invitations Exclusive to NETS Customers, Preferential Offers for NETS Payment, Warehouse Sale, Closed-door events etc.
  2. What is the reach of the NETS Privilege Programme?
    You will be able to reach out a large consumer base of 5.5 million NETS Bank Cards in the market. On top of this, there is a database of 200,000 who has subscribed to our monthly e-newsletter to be notified of the latest offers and discounts.
  3. Why should I participate in this Privilege Programme?
    This Privilege Programme has been designed to help drive your sale and increase awareness of your company/ industry.
  4. You have several areas to reach out to NETS customers. Do I have to take part in all of them?
    The NETS Privilege Programme caters to all merchants of different products and services. You may select the most relevant and suitable programme for your business.
  5. Must I pay for anything e.g. Subscription Fees, Monthly Fees etc?
    No, there is no extra cost on your part to participate in the NETS Privilege Programme.
  6. How long must I commit to the deals and offers?
    Preferably, the generic offers should last for a minimum of 6 months till the end of the same year (31 December).

There are also other opportunities to tie up other promotions over and above the generic offers. (E.g. Birthday Month, Anniversary Specials, One-for-One deals etc.)
  7. What are the forms of Publicity that my company can enjoy if I sign up with the NETS Privilege Programme?
    - Monthly e-newsletters that are sent to our member base of 200,000
- Listing of your products/ services/ promotions on the NETS website.
- Possible joint merchant event(s) with NETS.
- Above-the-line advertising
- Below-the-line advertising
- Point-of-sale material/ collateral wherever applicable.
  8. What are the NETS products and services that are on the Privilege Programme?
    The NETS products and services are: NETS BankCard, NETS CashCard, NETS GiftCard and eNETS.
