| Eligibility |

Merchant who accept the following
NETS payment modes from NETS users (who are not
NETS Smart Deals merchants) will be eligible for
the Lucky Draw Prizes: |

for payment at NETS terminals ("Bank
Card"). The Bank Card must be
issued by DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB or SCB. |

| |

| 2. |
Employees of NETS are not eligible to participate
in the Lucky Draw. |
| |
|
| 3. |
If NETS subsequently discovers that the winner
is not entitled to participate in the draw, NETS
may at its discretion forfeit the prize or reclaim
it after award and then choose another winner or
donate it to a charitable organization of NETS'
choice. |

NETS shall determine the exact specifications
of the prize(s). The winner shall accept the prize
"as is". |

| 7. |
NETS makes no warranties or representations whatsoever
as to the quality of fitness for purpose or any
other implied terms or conditions with respect to
any prize awarded in the Lucky Draw. |
| |
|
| 8. |
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
NETS may at its sole discretion at any time and
without prior notice replace or substitute any prize
with another prize of similar value selected by
NETS. |

| Lucky Draw Mechanics |
| 9. |
The winners shall be selected at random, by means
of a computerized system or by such other means
and methods as NETS may determine. NETS may select
additional reserve winners to replace any winner
subsequently disqualified. |

| 10. |
During the qualifying period, One (1) lucky draw
chance will be awarded to NETS merchants for every
NETS transaction accepted, and nine (9) lucky draw
chances will be awarded to merchants participating
in the NETS Privileges Program – Smart Deals,
for every NETS transaction accepted. The following

| 11. |
The following transactions will be excluded from

| 12. |
Bonus Lucky Draw chances: |

From time to time, NETS may
conduct adhoc promotion(s) to award bonus
chances for NETS payments at specific merchants
outlets. |

The bonus chances qualifying criteria and
mechanics may vary for each promotion and
will be announced on NETS website (www.nets.com.sg)
at the start of the promotion. |

| 13. |
Expiry of Lucky Draw chances |
| |
| • |
All Lucky Draw chances will
expire and reset to zero at the end of each
qualifying period (weekly) i.e. No rollover
of Lucky Draw chances |

| 14. |
In the event that Lucky Draw chances awarded
to you are subsequently for any reason adjusted
or cancelled, NETS may at its discretion effect
such adjustment or cancellation by canceling an
appropriate number of Lucky Draw chances accumulated
by you. |

| Conduct of Draw |
| 15. |
The draw will be conducted at NETS’ office
at 298, Tiong Bahru Road, #04-01/06 Central Plaza,
Singapore 168730. It will not be opened to the public.
NETS reserves the right to change the draw date(s)
at its sole discretion. |

| 16. |

The results of the draws will be announced on
NETS website (www.nets.com.sg).
Consolidated results of all draws will be published
in one of the major newspapers by
21 Aug 2008. NETS' decision shall be final and no
correspondence will be entertained. |

| 18. |
All winners shall be notified by phone. All winners
must be contactable within 3 call attempts for NETS
to obtain their full particulars. In the event that
NETS is unable to contact the winner within this
period, NETS will choose another winner. The results
of the draw will be announced on the Website after
the draw. NETS' decision shall be final and no correspondence
will be entertained. |

There will be a prize presentation organized
by NETS. Winners have to produce their NRIC to NETS’
office during the prize presentation session to
collect their prize redemption letters.

NETS reserves the right to disclose and publish
the company name, and such other particulars of
any winner in such mode and manner as NETS may in
its sole discretion deem appropriate for publicity
purposes and the winner agrees to co-operate with
and participate in the activities organized by NETS
for the purpose. |

| 21. |
Prizes must be collected within 6 weeks of the
draw date. If the winner cannot be reached after
this period, it shall be forfeited without liability
on the part of NETS to the winner and be donated
to a charitable organization of NETS' choice. |

| 22. |
NETS shall not be liable in any way for any loss
or damage arising in connection with the draw, including
any error in computing any Lucky Draw chance, any
breakdown or malfunction in any computer system
or equipment, any notice which is misdirected or
lost in the post. |

| 23. |
NETS' decision on all matters relating to or
in connection with the Lucky Draw shall be at its
absolute discretion and shall be final and binding
on you. In the event of any inconsistency between
the Terms and any brochure, marketing or promotional
material relating to the promotion, these Terms
shall prevail. |
