Shared ATM Service
NETS Shared ATM Service provides a shared ATM (Automated
Teller Machine) network for participating payment solution
providers and banks to offer your customers easy access
to their bank accounts. A cardholder with a single bank
card can access his account from his bank’s or another
participating bank’s ATM. He can withdraw cash,
make account enquiries and transfer funds at the nearest
ATM.

NETS Shared ATM service extends beyond Singapore. NETS
has linked up with the In-Country Switch Centres around
the region so that Singapore bank cardholders can use
ATMs in Singapore and in the partnering country. The service
is also reciprocal for the country partner, which allows
their cardholders the convenience of withdrawing money
and performing simple banking transactions when they are
in Singapore. The countries agreed to participate in the
cross-border switch network are China, Malaysia and Indonesia.
