Terms and Conditions  
 
  The “iNETS Petrol Bonus Draw (“Lucky Draw”) is organized by NETWORK FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD ("NETS").  
     
  Eligibility  
1.
 Any individual who:
Pays any bill for the period from 16 August 2010 to 24 August 2010 (both dates inclusive) via any iNETS Kiosk or via iNETS Mobile shall be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw (“the Participant”).
2.
 Employees of NETS are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
3.
 The qualifying period for the Lucky Draw is from 16 August 2010 to 24 August 2010 (both dates inclusive) (the “Qualifying Period”) or such other period as may be determined by NETS in its absolute discretion.
4. You will need to do a one-time registration at any iNETS Kiosk or via iNETS Mobile. In addition, you must login each time when you make bill payment via iNETS Kiosk in order that transaction(s) will be accounted for in the draw. Payments via iNETS Mobile will be tracked automatically after one-time registration.
5. Each bill payment paid will entitle the participant to 1 (one) lucky draw chance for the period from 16 August 2010 to 24 August 2010 (both dates inclusive).
6. Illegible or incorrect or incomplete entries for the membership registration will be disqualified. NETS is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged or misdirected entries or registration online.
7. Lucky draw chances will be allocated for each Participant.
8. The number of chances allocated to a Participant by NETS is binding and conclusive on the Participant and chances awarded to the Participant are not transferable or to be combined with chances awarded to any other Participant.
9. NETS is not obliged to notify a Participant of the number of chances awarded to him or her and no correspondence or communication on this matter will be entertained.
10. If NETS subsequently discovers or determines in its absolute discretion that the winner is not entitled to or is disqualified to participate in the Lucky Draw, NETS may at its sole discretion do any of the following:
  10.1 forfeit the prize; and/or
10.2 reclaim the prize from the winner and select another winner.
   
Conduct of Draw
11. There will be a total of 1 draw and 1 winner
12. There will be 1 (one) winner during the qualifying period:
 
12.1 The winner will be picked from a pool of all qualifying transactions;
12.2 The winner of the draw will be drawn once at the end of the qualifying period;
12.3 There will be 1 (one) winner from the draw who will get a single Chevron Fuel Card worth $500. The amount will be issued in the form of a single Fuel Card, and NETS reserves the right to disqualify the winner if the name provided during registration does not correspond to the name stated within the NRIC/Fin. NETS accept no liability for any loss or damage of the Fuel Card nor if the Fuel Credits are not fully utilized before the expiry of the Fuel Card.
13. Below is the breakdown of the draw details:

14. The draw will be conducted at NETS’ office at 298 Tiong Bahru Road, #04-01/06 Central Plaza, Singapore 168730 or such other venue as may be determined by NETS and it is not open to the public. NETS reserves the right to change the draw date(s) at its sole discretion. The winner will be selected at random by means of a computerized or manual draw. NETS’ decision as to the winner of the draw shall be final and conclusive. At the draw, NETS may draw reserve “winners” to replace any winner subsequently disqualified.
15. The winner shall be notified by telephone to the best of our ability, via the telephone number as per provided during registration, and no other notifications will be made by NETS.
16. NETS reserves the right to select another winner in the event that :
 
16.1 Winner does not provide full details of identification corresponding to details provided during registration; either NRIC, Work Permit or Foreign Identification Document, when collecting the prize and NETS shall have no liability in respect of any claim made by the winner. The results of the draw will be announced on NETS Website by 30 Aug 2010. NETS' decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained. The prize must be collected by the winner within 7 days after the publication of the announcement on NETS Website, failing which the prize shall be forfeited without liability on the part of NETS to the winner and the prize shall be donated to a charity of NETS’ choice.
17. Each prize winner agrees to co-operate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of NETS relating to the Draw and agrees that NETS may publicise the name, NRIC/Fin number and/or photograph of any Winner in such mode and manner as NETS considers fit.
18. NETS reserves the right to disclose and publish the name, and such other particulars (including the photograph) of any winner in such mode and manner as NETS may in its sole discretion deem appropriate for publicity purposes and the winner agrees to be photographed, the disclosure of his personal particulars, the use of his or her name, picture, image and voice for publicity purposes connected with the Lucky Draw and to co-operate with and participate in the activities organized by NETS for this purpose without additional compensation.
19. NETS, NETS’ authorized agencies, sponsors, organizations and the directors, officers, employees and assignee thereof (collectively the “Indemnified Persons”) shall not be liable in any way for any claim, loss, injury, damage or inconvenience (a) arising in connection with the draw, including any error in computing any Lucky Draw chance, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system or equipment, any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post; or (b) suffered or incurred by a Participant, the winner or any other person howsoever arising in connection with the Lucky Draw or in connection with the Prize. Each Participant in the Lucky Draw and the winner (including his or her heirs executors and/or administrators) hereby agrees to indemnify and hold each of Indemnified Persons harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage that may be suffered by the Participant or the winner in relation to the Lucky Draw or any prize and shall release and discharge each of the Indemnified Persons completely from any and all claims, liabilities, judgments, suits, proceedings, actions and all costs (including solicitor and client costs), expenses, penalties, fines or fees brought by or against the Participant or the winner.
20. Neither NETS nor its authorized agencies and any sponsor or organization associated with the Lucky Draw shall be held liable for any failure or omission to carry out the Lucky Draw and/or the draw in accordance with these terms and conditions or for any loss or damage suffered by the Participants if such failure, omission, loss or damage arises out of or in connection with any event of force majeure, including without limitation any calamity or conditions, acts of God or warlike hostilities, civil commotion, riots, blockades, embargoes, sabotages, strikes, fires, lockouts, shortages of material or labour, terrorist activity, epidemic, health risk or any defect, failure, interruption, breakdown or malfunction of any machine, computer system, data processing system or transmission link, or any other occurrence beyond the reasonable control of NETS, its authorized agencies and any sponsor or organization associated with the Lucky Draw, as the case may be.
21. NETS' decision on all matters relating to or in connection with the Lucky Draw (including the draw chances awarded to a Participant and the selection of the winner of the draw) shall be at its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final and binding on all Participants. Except for the notification of the winner by phone, NETS shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence on any matter concerning the Lucky Draw. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Lucky Draw, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
22. NETS reserve the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the Lucky Draw or vary, delete, add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation the basis of awarding the draw chances, the number of draw chances awarded and the date of the draw.
23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Participants irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
24. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53) to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
25. NETS makes no warranties or representations whatsoever as to the quality of fitness for purpose or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to any prize awarded in the Lucky Draw.
26. Prize are not transferable, returnable nor exchangeable. NETS reserves the right at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice replace or substitute any prize with another prize of similar value selected by NETS.
27. Prize redeemed are not exchangeable for cash and/or credit.
28.
 By participating in the Lucky Draw and/or accepting the prize from “Network for Electronic Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd” at 298 Tiong Bahru Road #04-01/06 Central Plaza Singapore 168730, the Participant signifies his or her acceptance of the above Terms and Conditions.
