| Eligibility |
| 1. |
Any individual (“Participant”) who : |
| |
Makes a Cathay movie ticketing transaction on iNETS
Mobile at the roadshow and show the receipt of the successful
transaction on the iNETS Mobile on their mobile phone
during the qualifying period as stated below, shall be
eligible for the incentive (“Incentive”).

| 2. |
The qualifying period for the incentive
is from 10 September 2010 7:00 pm to 25 September 2010
7:00 pm (both dates inclusive) (the “Qualifying
Period”) or such other period as may be determined
by NETS in its absolute discretion. |
| 3. |
Participant shall need to do a one-time
registration via iNETS Mobile. Cathay movie ticket purchases
& payments via iNETS Mobile will be tracked automatically
for the incentive after one-time registration over the
Qualifying Period. |
4. |
Every successful Cathay movie ticket transaction
made via iNETS Mobile per Participant over the Qualifying
Period will entitle the participant to 1 x S$10 Sakae
Sushi voucher (“Incentive”). One transaction
may consist of multiple ticket purchase. |
| 5. |
Illegible or incorrect or incomplete entries for the
membership registration will be disqualified. NETS is
not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged or
misdirected entries or registration online. |
| 6. |
To claim, the incentive by each Participant shall show
the staff of NETS at the roadshow the receipt of the successful
purchase. The staff shall validate and award the Participant
on the spot. |
| 7. |
The Incentives awarded to a Participant by NETS is binding
and conclusive and Incentives awarded to the Participant
are not transferable or to be combined with incentives
awarded to any other Participant. Cathay movie ticket
purchases are also not transferable nor can they be combined
with Cathay movie ticket purchases of other Participants
to calculate the incentive. |
| 8. |
NETS is not obliged to notify a Participant of the
number of Cathay movie ticket purchases recorded by NETS
and no correspondence or communication on this matter
will be entertained. |
| 9. |
If NETS subsequently discovers or determines in its
absolute discretion that the Participant is not entitled
to or is disqualified to participate in the Promotion,
NETS may at its sole discretion do any of the following: |

9.1 forfeit the Incentives; and/or
9.2 reclaim the Incentive from the Participant and select
another Participant. |

| Conduct of Claim |
| 10. |
The Cathay movie ticketing transaction must be done
at the roadshow and the Incentives shall be claimed at
roadshow, within the times above on the same day. |
| 11. |
The number of Incentives claimable shall be limited
to the first 100 Sakae Sushi vouchers per day per venue. |
| 12. |
Each Participant as determined by NRIC and mobile number
and is limited to a claim of $30 Sakae Sushi vouchers
per qualifying period (i.e promotion is applicable to
a maximum of 3 Cathay movie ticketing transactions) |
| 13. |
NETS reserves the right to disqualify a winning Participant
in the event that : |

| 13.1 |
Participant does not provide full details of
identification corresponding to details provided
during registration, such as NRIC, Work Permit or
Foreign Identification Document, mobile number and
transaction ID of the purchase when collecting the
Incentives and NETS shall have no liability in respect
of any claim made by the Participant. NETS' decision
shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

| 14. |
Each Participant agrees to co-operate with and participate
in any advertising or publicity activities of NETS relating
to the Promotion and agrees that NETS may publicise the
name, NRIC/Fin number and/or photograph of any Participant
in such mode and manner as NETS considers fit. |
| 15. |
NETS reserves the right to disclose and publish the
name, and such other particulars (including the photograph)
of any Participant in such mode and manner as NETS may
in its sole discretion deem appropriate for publicity
purposes and the Participant agrees to be photographed,
the disclosure of his personal particulars, the use of
his or her name, picture, image and voice for publicity
purposes connected with the Promotion and to co-operate
with and participate in the activities organized by NETS
for this purpose without additional compensation. |
| 16. |
NETS, NETS’ authorized agencies, sponsors, organizations
and the directors, officers, employees and assignee thereof
(collectively the “Indemnified Persons”) shall
not be liable in any way for any claim, loss, injury,
damage or inconvenience (a) arising in connection with
the Promotion, including any error in computing any Promotion
chance, any breakdown or malfunction in any computer system
or equipment, any notice which is misdirected or lost
in the post; or (b) suffered or incurred by a Participant
or any other person howsoever arising in connection with
the Promotion. Each Participant in the Promotion (including
his or her heirs executors and/or administrators) hereby
agrees to indemnify and hold each of Indemnified Persons
harmless from and against any and all claim, loss or damage
that may be suffered by the Participant in relation to
the Promotion or any incentive and shall release and discharge
each of the Indemnified Persons completely from any and
all claims, liabilities, judgments, suits, proceedings,
actions and all costs (including solicitor and client
costs), expenses, penalties, fines or fees brought by
or against the Participant. |
| 17. |
Neither NETS nor its authorized agencies and any sponsor
or organization associated with the Promotion shall be
held liable for any failure or omission to carry out the
Promotion and/or the incentives in accordance with these
terms and conditions or for any loss or damage suffered
by the Participants if such failure, omission, loss or
damage arises out of or in connection with any event of
force majeure, including without limitation any calamity
or conditions, acts of God or warlike hostilities, civil
commotion, riots, blockades, embargoes, sabotages, strikes,
fires, lockouts, shortages of material or labour, terrorist
activity, epidemic, health risk or any defect, failure,
interruption, breakdown or malfunction of any machine,
computer system, data processing system or transmission
link, or any other occurrence beyond the reasonable control
of NETS, its authorized agencies and any sponsor or organization
associated with the Promotion, as the case may be. |
| 18. |
NETS' decision on all matters relating to or in connection
with the Promotion (including the incentive awarded to
a Participant) shall be at its sole and absolute discretion
and shall be final and binding on all Participants. NETS
shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence
on any matter concerning the Promotion. In the event of
any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions
and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating
to the Promotion, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail |
| 19. |
NETS reserves the right at its absolute discretion to
terminate the Promotion or vary, delete, add to any of
these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice
including without limitation the basis of awarding the
incentive chances, the number of incentive awarded and
the dates of the Promotion. |
| 20. |
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the
laws of Singapore and the Participants irrevocably submit
to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.

| 21. |
A person who is not a party to any agreement governed
by these Terms and Conditions have no right under the
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53) to enforce
any provision of these Terms and Conditions. |
| 22. |
NETS makes no warranties or representations whatsoever
as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other
implied terms or conditions with respect to any Incentive
awarded in the Promotion. |
| 23. |
Incentives are not transferable, returnable nor exchangeable.
NETS reserves the right at its sole discretion at any
time and without prior notice replace or substitute any
incentive with another incentive of similar value selected
by NETS. |
| 24. |
Incentives redeemed are not exchangeable for cash and/or
credit. |
| 25. |
By accepting the Incentive from “Network for Electronic
Transfers (Singapore) Pte Ltd” and/or participating
in the Promotion, the Participant signifies his or her
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. |
