This Lucky Draw is carried out by SingTel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd (“SingTel Mobile”) and is subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). |

- The Lucky Draw is open to all SingTel Prepaid Mobile customers (“Customers”). SingTel Mobile may from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation in the Lucky Draw.
- The Lucky Draw shall be held from 21 January 2012 to 30 March 2012 (“Qualifying Period”) and shall consist of ten (10) weekly draws (each a “Weekly Draw”). To qualify for the Weekly Draws, each Customer will have to top-up a SingTel Mobile prepaid card(s) via iNETS Kiosks during the following Weekly Draw qualifying periods (“Weekly Draw Qualifying Periods”).

- 21 January – 27 January 2012
- 28 January – 3 February 2012
- 4 February – 10 February 2012
- 11 February – 17 February 2012
- 18 February – 24 February 2012
- 15 February – 02 March 2012
- 03 March – 09 March 2012
- 10 March – 16 March 2012
- 17 March – 23 March 2012
- 24 March – 30 March 2012
- Each top-up value of $10 to $19 shall automatically entitle the Customer to one (1) entry in the Weekly Draw. Each top-up with a minimum value of $20 shall automatically entitle the customer to three (3) entries in the Weekly Draw. There is no limit to the number of top-ups a Customer can make during the Qualifying Period.
- Weekly Draw entries shall not be rolled over to the following week.
- Weekly Draws shall be held at Comcentre II, 31B Exeter Road on the following date(s) (“Draw Date(s)”) for each Weekly Draw Qualifying Period:

- There shall be eleven (11) winners for every Weekly Draw. The prizes for the Weekly Draws shall be as follows (“Prizes”):
- 1 x Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (“Samsung Galaxy Tab”)
- 10 x $30 Bonus in Customer’s Special Bonus Account (“$30 Bonus")
- Winners of the Samsung Galaxy Tab shall be notified by phone. Winners of the Samsung Galaxy Tab who are not contactable within two (2) consecutive working days shall be disqualified and SingTel Mobile shall draw an additional winner to substitute the disqualified winner.
- Winners of the Samsung Galaxy Tab shall collect their Prize within the collection period and at the appointed venue specified by SingTel Mobile, and shall comply with any instructions specified by SingTel Mobile. In the event a winner fails to collect a Prize within the collection period and/or fails to comply with any other instruction or condition specified by SingTel Mobile, the Prize may be forfeited at SingTel Mobile’s absolute discretion.
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash or other prizes. There will be no replacement in the event a Prize is lost or stolen.
- In the event that the Prize incurs any tax liability, such tax is the sole responsibility of the winner.
- Actual Prize may differ from the image shown anywhere during the Lucky Draw or in any communications or publications relating thereto. The Customer shall not have any right to make any claims or demands against SingTel Mobile in connection with such variances.
- Winners of the $30 Bonus shall be notified via SMS and Singapore Dollars Thirty ($30) shall be credited into the respective winners’ Special Bonus Accounts within one (1) month from the Draw Date.
- SingTel Mobile reserves the right to disqualify an otherwise eligible Customer from winning a Prize and/or substitute another Customer as the winner in the event that SingTel Mobile in its absolute discretion believes that the particular Customer may have contravened, will contravene or has contravened any of these Terms and/or may bring SingTel Mobile into disrepute. In the event the Prize has already been awarded to such a Customer, the Prize must be returned to SingTel Mobile at the Customer’s cost and expense.
- SingTel Mobile reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another prize of lower or equivalent value, whether of similar nature or otherwise without prior notice.
- SingTel Mobile reserves the right to use the name and picture/photograph of the winner in any advertising and/or promotional materials and/or on SingTel Mobile’s websites without prior notice, or otherwise engage the winner in any form of publicity for SingTel Mobile.
- SingTel Mobile reserves the right to partially or completely cancel, terminate or suspend the Lucky Draw for any reason without any liability whatsoever.
- SingTel Mobile’s decisions on all matters pertaining to the Lucky Draw are final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Lucky Draw, these Terms or any decision made by SingTel Mobile in connection therewith and/or the results will be entertained. SingTel Mobile reserves its absolute right to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.
- SingTel Mobile shall not be liable to any person in any way for any loss or damage howsoever arising from or in connection with the Lucky Draw and/or any of the Prizes.
- SingTel Mobile reserves the right at any time to amend or delete these Terms and/or any of the instructions or explanations at its sole discretion without prior notice. Any such changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment, change or deletion. Participation in this Lucky Draw shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and any amendment(s) thereof.
