  iNETS Kiosk is a self-service payment kiosk, which provides a wide range of services for consumers such as purchase and top- up of  NETS FlashPay card and NETS CashCard, Bill Payment, Ticket Payment and Government Services, etc.  The kiosks are located at locations convenient and accessible to all.  The payment modes accepted at the iNETS Kiosk are NETS, NETS FlashPay and NETS CashCard.

iNETS Kiosks are located at locations convenient & accessible to all.

NETS FlashPay cards used for transit and retail can be purchased via iNETS Kiosks.  It also provides services such as top up, statement print, balance enquiry for NETS CashCard and NETS FlashPay card. 

For MyNETS members, they can login by scanning their thumbprint, receive free payment alerts and easily select the bills they have registered and make payment. The wide range of services aims to provide greater convenience to customers making their lives great!
   
7. What are the differences in services for a registered (MyNETS member) and non-registered member at iNETS Kiosk?
 

Registration is optional. All customers are able to enjoy the services provided by iNETS Kiosk.

However, as a MyNETS member, you enjoy added convenience, as you are able to login with your biometric or PIN to add billing organizations and make bill payments. You are able to view bill payments you have made previously, under Transaction History.

8. What are the benefits of registering as MyNETS Member?
 

The benefits of signing up for MyNETS Account:
Faster Payments – once the member sets up his user profile and adds all his regular bills (i.e. bill account nos.), he need not bring his bills along for payment, as the bill details are saved for his convenience. All he needs to do is to select the bill he  wants to pay, enter the payment amount, followed by selecting the payment option, and he is done.

Payment alert (via email or sms) – Once the Member inputs his bills’ due dates in his profile, NETS will consolidate the bills that are due in the week and send out ONE payment alert to the registered user.

Keep tracks of Transaction history – iNETS Kiosk allows the member to view the past 6 months transactions he has made via MyNETS Account
   
9. How can I register myself as MyNETS Member?
 

You are required to bring your NRIC/FIN Card for a one-time registration at the iNETS Kiosk. You will also be prompted to do a biometric scan of your right thumb.

At the iNETS Kiosk, touch the “Register” icon on the top right panel and follow the step-by-step instructions shown on the screen to register as a MyNETS Member.

Alternatively, you may register for MyNETS at www.mynets.com.sg/MyNETS.
   
10. Why do I need to scan my NRIC?
  By scanning your NRIC, it provides an added convenience for customers during the registration process. You would not need to manually enter the required information for registration which includes your Name and NRIC Number.
   
11. Why do I need to scan my thumb print?
  Biometric scan is required for registration at iNETS Kiosk. The thumb print is an easier and faster way to login to iNETS Kiosk besides using your login PIN.
   
12. Are there any charges incurred if I register for Membership at iNETS Kiosk?
  No, there are no Membership charges for registering as a MyNETS member at the iNETS Kiosk.
   
13. How do I update my Membership details in MyNETS if I have a change of Mobile Number or Residential Address, what should I do?
  You can update your MyNETS profile at any iNETS Kiosk or visit www.mynets.com.sg/MyNETS.
   
14. I am a MyNETS member, I have forgotten my login pin, what should I do?
  You may login using your biometric, and perform a reset of PIN at the iNETS Kiosk.
   
15. I am a MyNETS member, can I change my login PIN?
  You can choose to login and change your PIN at any iNETS Kiosk or at www.mynets.com.sg/MyNETS.
   
16. I want to register as a member at iNETS Kiosk, can I skip the biometric step during registration?
  Biometric scan is required for registration at the iNETS Kiosk.
   
17. What happens if I fail to scan my thumbprint at iNETS Kiosk?
 

Biometric scan is required to complete the registration at the iNETS Kiosk.

If you are unable to complete the registration process because the biometric scan failed, you may like to register online via www.mynets.com.sg/MyNETS.

   
18. As a MyNETS member, will my information be shared with other organizations?
  As a MyNETS Member the User consents to NETS or NETS’ agents from time to time for contacting the User by post, telephone, e-mail text message, or other method regarding details of specific promotions or information on various products or services, either from NETS or other third parties.

19. What is Bill Pay?
 

Bill Pay is a service that allows you to make payments for any billing organizations participating with iNETS Kiosk.

21. What are the modes of payment for Bill Payment?
  NETS, NETS CashCard and NETS FlashPay Card are the accepted payment modes for Bill Payment on iNETS Kiosk.
   
22. Is there any limit for Bill Payment transactions?
 

For payment using NETS, it is up to your daily withdrawal limit by your issuing bank.

For NETS CashCard & NETS FlashPay Card, it is up to  the stored value in the cards. Maximum stored value for NETS CashCard and NETS FlashPay Card is S$500.
   
23. What is the minimum amount I can make for Bill Payments?
  Billing Organization can set a minimum amount for payment through iNETS services. The minimum amount is reflected on the bill pay screen.
   
24. Can I schedule my bill payments in advance?
  This service is not available currently.
   
25. Can I pay my bills any time I choose?
  The bill payment service is available at any iNETS Kiosk 24 hours, 7 days a week.
   
26. Who do I call to get assistance if I encounter problems during a bill payment at iNETS Kiosk?

27. What is required in order to perform a bill payment at iNETS Kiosk?
  You will need your Bill Reference Number / Account Number/Credit Card Number and amount due from the billing organization to perform your bill payment at iNETS Kiosk.
   
28. How many bills can I pay at iNETS Kiosk?
  You can pay up to 5 bill pays in a single  transaction at iNETS Kiosk.
   
29. I have received a bill but I am not agreeable to the amount reflected on the bill, what should I do?
  iNETS Kiosk is an intermediary to present bills and enable payments on behalf of our billing organizationrs.  All enquiries / disputes on bills should be taken up separately with the respective billing organization. You are advised to contact your billing origination for further clarification on all bill discrepancies.
   
30. As a MyNETS Member, why do I need to add billing organizations that I wish to use to pay my bills, to my profile? 
  When you register as a MyNETS Member, you will need to do a one-time initial configuration to add the billing organizations that you wish to make payment to, so that the information will be saved to your profile for easy access. During bill payment, your configured bills will be retrieved automatically and you can just select the respective bill(s) and input the amount to pay.
   
31. After I have added a new bill, can I make payment immediately?
  Yes, after you have added your bill successfully, you can proceed to make payment for that bill immediately.
   
32. How do I change my bill pay account/reference number for a particular bill in my profile?
 

You are unable to make any changes to a bill which is added into your profile. You will need to Delete the bill and Add a new bill into your profile.

  • To delete the bill pay account/reference number for a bill in your profile you will have to login to your MyNETS account, select the bill, followed by selecting the “Remove Bill” option to delete the existing bill from your profile.
  • Then select the “Add Bill” option by selecting the desired billing organization with the updated account/ reference number.
   
33. Can I delete a billing organization under my account?
  You may login to your profile under MyNETS Account and select the “Remove Bill” option to delete the billing organization.
   
34. How do I check the payment status of a bill pay transaction I made at iNETS Kiosk?
 

For registered MyNETS Members, you are able to view the payment status of your bill payment under Transaction History after you login to your profile under MyNETS Account.

For non-registered Members, customers will have to call NETS Sales and Customer Service Hotline: 6274 1212 (9:00am – 7:00pm Monday – Saturday, 10:00am – 7:00pm Sunday & Public Holidays). Alternatively, you may email us at info@nets.com.sg for assistance.
   
35. How do I check the type of transactions that I had made at iNETS Kiosk?

For registered MyNETS Members, you are able to view your last 6 months transactions under the Transaction History log after you login to your profile under MyNETS Account.

For non-registered Members, customers will have to call NETS Sales and Customer Service Hotline: 6274 1212 (9:00am – 7:00pm Monday – Saturday, 10:00am – 7:00pm Sunday & Public Holidays). Alternatively, you may email us at info@nets.com.sg for assistance.
   
37. I am not a MyNETS member, am I allowed to make bill payments at iNETS Kiosk?
  Bill Payment is available for both, MyNETS Members and general public.
   
38. How long will it take for the payment to be received by the billing organization?
  Please allow at least 2 working days from the day of your payment date for the billing organization to receive your payment that was made via iNETS Kiosk. It is advisable for customer to pay his bill via iNETS Kiosk at least 2 working days in advance to the bill payment due date.
   
39. How do I know if my bill payment transaction was successfully transacted at the iNETS Kiosk?
  A receipt will be printed once a successful bill payment is made.  Alternatively, user can opt for an e-receipt to be sent to your email account.
   
40. I have lost my receipt and was unsure if the bill payment was transacted successfully at iNETS Kiosk, what should I do?
 

For a MyNETS Member, you are able to login to your MyNETS profile and view your transactions performed under Transaction History.

You may check Your Bank Account balance/bank statement

41. What if there is no receipt printed after my bill payment transaction is completed?
 

You can choose to send an e-Receipt to your email account after the transaction is completed.

For MyNETS Member, you are advised to login using biometric or PIN to view and query the status of your bill pay transaction under Transaction History. Alternatively, you may contact our NETS Sales and Customer Service Hotline: 6274 1212 (9:00am – 7:00pm Monday – Saturday, 10:00am – 7:00pm Sunday & Public Holidays).
   
42. I am a MyNETS member, am I allowed to make a bill payment for someone else?
  Yes, you can proceed with the payment without logging in to your profile under MyNETS.
   
43. I am a MyNETS member, how many billing organizations can I add?
  There is currently no limit set to the number of billing organizations that can be added to your MyNETS profile. 
   
44. Am I allowed to make payment for my bills when it is past the due date stated on my invoice?
  There is no restriction on iNETS Kiosk for payment after the invoice due date.
   
45. How do I receive my bill payment reminders?
  If you are a MyNETS member, you have the option to set bill payment reminder and you will be able to receive payment alerts via email and/or sms.
   
46. If I want to stop receiving bill payment’s reminders or alerts, what should I do?
 

You can go to any iNETS Kiosk or visit www.mynets.com.sg/MyNETS to login to your MyNETS profile to remove the bill payment reminder.

   
47. Am I allowed to make partial payments for my bills instead of full payments?
  Flexibility to make partial or full bill payments is dependent on individual billing organization. Each billing organization will have different requirements to whether full payment or partial payment is required.
   
48. Can I make payment to a billing organisation who is not found in iNETS Kiosk?
  You can only make payments to billing organisations participating with the iNETS Kiosk services.
   
49. Can I void a successful bill payment made via NETS, NETS CashCard or NETS FlashPay Card at iNETS Kiosk?
  Once a bill payment is made successfully at iNETS Kiosk, it cannot be void.
   
50. Can I use my NETS CashCard/NETS FlashPay Card to make bill payments at iNETS Kiosk?
  Yes, you can use NETS CashCard/NETS FlashPay Card to make payments at an iNETS Kiosk. The maximum amount you can make for bill payments using these cards is S$500.
   
51. If I have a iNETS Kiosk Bill Pay receipt for my bill payment yet I was informed by the billing organization that payment was not received, what should I do?

  NETS FlashPay Card is a new generation contactless, multi-purpose stored value CashCard that can be used for your transport and retail needs in Singapore.
   
54. How do I know which payment mode to select ie, NETS CashCard / NETS FlashPay Card?
 

During payment at iNETS Kiosk, if you have selected NETS CashCard as the mode of payment, you are required to insert the NETS CashCard in the reader.

If you have selected NETS FlashPay as the mode of payment, you are required to place your NETS FlashPay card at the contactless reader at iNETS Kiosk.

Please refer to the logo displayed on your card for reference.
   
55. What type of card can I purchase at iNETS Kiosk?
 

You are able to purchase the new NETS FlashPay Cards at any of the iNETS Kiosks.

   
56. Will I incur any fees when I top up my NETS CashCard / NETS FlashPay Card at iNETS Kiosk?
 

There are no fees incurred when you top up your NETS CashCard / NETS FlashPay Card at the iNETS Kiosk.

   
57. Will I incur any fees when I print a statement for my NETS CashCard / NETS FlashPay Card at iNETS Kiosk?
  There will be a nominal fee of $0.20 (GST inclusive) per statement print for your NETS CashCard / NETS FlashPay Card. The fee will be deducted directly from your NETS CashCard / NETS FlashPay Card. Customer is allowed to print up to the last 5, 10 or 25 transactions.
   
58. What is the maximum amount that the NETS CashCard / NETS FlashPay Card can hold?
 

You can top up the NETS CashCard / NETS FlashPay Card up to a maximum of S$500 in stored value.

   
59. Is there a minimum amount of how much I am allowed to top up on my NETS CashCard / NETS FlashPay Card at iNETS Kiosk?
 

For each transaction, the minimum amount that you are required to top up into your NETS CashCard / NETS FlashPay Card at iNETS Kiosk is $10.

64. How much does the NETS FlashPay Card cost?
  The NETS FlashPay card costs $5 (GST Inclusive).
   
65. Is there any value inside the NETS FlashPay Card?
  There is no value in the NETS FlashPay card. You are required to top up before using the NETS FlashPay Card.
   
66. Are there any transaction charges if I top up my NETS FlashPay Card during the purchase of the card at iNETS Kiosk?
  There is no top up fee incurred during the purchase of the NETS FlashPay Card at iNETS Kiosk.
   
67. Where can I use the NETS FlashPay Card?
 

You can use the NETS FlashPay card to make payment on MRT/LRT, Public Buses and over 2,500 retail points islandwide.

We are continuously expanding our merchant list to accept the new NETS FlashPay Card. Merchants ready to accept the NETS FlashPay for payments will be displaying this decal/logo   at their retail outlets.

68. What should I do if I have misplaced the NETS FlashPay Card, which I just purchased at iNETS Kiosk?
 

The NETS FlashPay card is deemed non-retrievable once misplaced. There is no refund for lost and stolen NETS FlashPay Cards. It works and operates using the same policy as the existing NETS CashCard.

   
69. What mode of payment is allowed for purchase of a NETS FlashPay Card at iNETS Kiosk?

  You are able to refund the remaining balance in the NETS FlashPay Card. The card cost of $5 is non refundable.

There is no limit on the number of NETS FlashPay Cards you can purchase at iNETS Kiosk.

   
72. Can I void the NETS FlashPay Card purchase transaction after I have purchased a NETS FlashPay Card successfully at iNETS Kiosk?
  Once the purchase transaction is successful at iNETS Kiosk, it cannot be voided.
   
73. I purchased the NETS FlashPay Card at iNETS Kiosk but I am unable to find the dispensed card?

Ticket Payment is one of the services within iNETS.  This service allows you to purchase & pay for tickets available.

   
76. What mode of payment is allowed for purchasing tickets at iNETS Kiosk?
 

You are able to make payment via NETS, NETS CashCard and NETS FlashPay Card when you purchase tickets at iNETS Kiosk.

   
77. Any extra charges for purchasing these tickets at iNETS Kiosk?
 

Additional charges (Example: Booking Fees) are by the respective merchants and are usually minimal.

   
78. Is the purchase inclusive of GST?
  Yes, it is inclusive of GST.
   
79. Can I refund my tickets after payment is made and transaction is completed?
 

The purchase & usage of the tickets are subjected to the specific T&Cs of the respective merchants.

   
80. I have forgotten to collect the receipt after payment is made, what should I do?
  Once the transaction is successful, receipts will be printed out for your collection.  Should you misplace or lose the receipts, please show your NRIC or Passport to the ticket office during ticket collection.
   
81. Can I void the tickets after I have purchased successfully at iNETS Kiosk?
  Once the transaction is made successfully at iNETS Kiosk, it cannot be voided.
   
82. Can I book or reserve tickets and not make payment at iNETS Kiosk?
 

Reservation of tickets at iNETS Kiosk is not available.

Once you had confirmed on the ticket(s) to be purchased, you are required to make payment via NETS, NETS CashCard or NET FlashPay Card.
