NETS PLANS ISLANDWIDE “ASSURED STORE” INITIATIVE TO ENSURE NETS CASHCARD AVAILABILITY TO THE PUBLIC
NETS Customer Service Center at Central Plaza kicks off as the first “assured store” to serve the public.
Singapore, 20 September 2008 –
As an ongoing effort to ensure customer a definitive location to pick up a NETS cashcard, leading electronic payments services provider, NETS wish to inform the public that with immediate effect, anyone who needs a NETS CashCard immediately can come to its Customer Service Center here at Central Plaza at Tiong Bahru Road to purchase it directly over the counter.
Over the next few months, more stores will be announced once NETS completes tie up with merchants to have these “assured stores” at strategic locations for anyone to pick up a NETS CashCard easily.
The center is operating Saturdays and Sundays and hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm on both days. This is in addition to Mondays to Fridays, which are already operating from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Should the member of public has further questions, they can call the Sales & Customer Service Hotline at 6274 1212 from 9am -7pm Mondays to Saturdays. On Sundays and public holidays, the hotline operates from 10am –7pm.
