Kanagasundram, Managing Director, Consumer

Mr Ajit Kanagasundram is Managing Director
at DBS, responsible for its Consumer Bank
Regional Technology and Operations. Prior
to joining DBS in 2006, he was Managing
Director of International Card Services,
a consultancy he founded to provide technical
services in cards and payment services to
international banks and payment system service
providers. |
With more than 20 years of experience in
the financial services industry, Mr Kanagasundram
has occupied senior management positions
in retail banking and cards technology,
primarily at Citibank.
He holds an Honours Tripos in Economics
from Cambridge University.

Andrew
Lee, Senior Executive Vice President, Group
Consumer Financial Services (OCBC)
Andrew Lee is an Executive Vice President
in OCBC Bank, and is responsible for OCBC
Bank’s consumer finance business in
Singapore. |
Mr Lee has 25 years of banking experience
in several senior level executive positions,
directing strategy, overseeing implementation
and setting new standards of banking performance.
He holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours)
degree from the University of Singapore.

Ching
Wei Hong, Senior Executive Vice President,
Group Operations & Technology (OCBC)
Mr Ching was appointed
Executive Vice President in April 2005.
Previously Head of Group Transaction Banking,
he currently oversees the Group's product
processing operations and Information Technology
initiatives. |
He has more than 20 years of experience
in regional finance, corporate banking and
cash management, having worked in Philips
Electronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, Bank of
America and Union Carbide Asia Pacific Inc.
Mr Ching holds a Bachelor of Business Administration
from the National University of Singapore.

Eddie
Khoo, Global Head, Personal Financial Services,
(UOB)
As the Global Head of UOB's Personal Financial
Services group, Mr Khoo is responsible for
the overall strategy and direction to growing
the retail franchise across the region.
|
Prior to joining UOB, he was head of Sales
and Distribution at the Consumer Banking
division of DBS. He was its head between
2003 and 2005. In that role, he was in charge
of 87 POSB and DBS branches with more than
500 sales staff, internet banking, retail
treasury, tele-sales, mortgage sales, training,
deposits, investments and insurance products.
By the time he left, he had developed new
engines of growth, a bigger and more productive
sales force, expanded tele-sales and mobile
sales capabilities, accelerated insurance
sales, created new internet banking platform
and started retail treasury sales.
Prior to this stint, Mr Khoo managed Citibank’s
Consumer Banking Business in Singapore between
1985 and 2003.
Having studied at Anglo Chinese School,
he graduated with majors in finance and
Management from the University of Oregon
in the US. |

Susan
Hwee, Executive Vice President, Information
Technology (UOB)
Ms. Susan Hwee is Executive Vice President
of Information Technology at United Overseas
Bank (UOB). In this capacity, Ms Hwee
is responsible for the strategy and provision
of IT services to support the growth of
the Bank globally. |
Prior to joining UOB in 2001, she held various
senior positions in several large technology
and banking organizations, including IBM,
Citibank N.A. and Keppel / Keppel Tat Lee
Bank (prior to its merger with OCBC Bank).
Ms Hwee holds a Bachelor of Science degree
from the National University of Singapore. |

Davy
Wee, Managing Director, Consumer Banking
Group, Franchise & Strategy (POSB)
Davy Wee is Managing Director of POSB,
specializing in Franchise & Strategy,
a position he held since 2004. |
Prior to joining POSB, Mr Wee spent 20 years
with McDonald's Singapore beginning as Head
of Finance before taking on other job functions
including Information Technology, Supply
Chain, Training, Human Resources and Operations.
He also spearheaded McDonald's Asia Pac
Middle East Development Company regional
supply chain strategy as a senior director
for 2 years.
He started his career as an auditor with
Keppel Tat Lee Bank and Ernst & Young.
Mr Wee graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy
from the National University of Singapore
in 1981. |
