Who can take part in this “Ride
& Redeem” promotion? |

Any individual who owns and pays using the NETS FlashPay on
buses, MRT or LRT shall be eligible to participate in the “Ride
& Redeem” |

How do I participate*? |
| |
You will need to SMS in the following message format: NETSFP
<space> NRIC
(E.g: NETSFP S1234567H) to 8288 8400 from 19 August 2009 to
25 September 2009 (both dates inclusive).
*Limited to the 1st 8,000 to SMS in to participate.
A SMS reply will be send to notify the sender on whether they
are successfully enrolled. |

What is the period of promotion (also known as Qualifying
Period)? |
| |
The qualifying period for the “Ride & Redeem”
is from 19 August 2009 to 25 September 2009 (both dates Inclusive)
(the “Qualifying Period”). |

What is the redemption item? |
| |
It is a Twenty Singapore Dollars (S$20) worth of grocery vouchers.
Limited to one (1) redemption per NRIC. |

| 5. |
How do I qualify for the redemption of the Twenty
Singapore Dollars (S$20) shopping vouchers? |
| |
You have to accumulate a minimum of sixty (60) rides on buses,
MRT and / or LRT from 19 August 2009 to 25 September 2009 (both
dates inclusive). |

| 6. |
How do I know how many rides I have accumulated for
this “Ride & Redeem”? |
| |
NETS will notify participants with an SMS stating the number
of rides they have accumulated on the following dates: 31 August
2009, 14 September 2009 and 30 September 2009. |

| 7. |
When and where can I collect my Twenty Singapore Dollars
(S$20) shopping vouchers? |
| |
You can collect your vouchers starting from 5 October 2009
to 4 November 2009 at NETS Sales & Customer Service Centre,
298 Tiong Bahru Road #02-03/06, Central Plaza, Singapore 168730
(Operating Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Mondays to Fridays) 8.30am
to 12.30pm (Saturdays). We are closed on Sundays and Public
Holidays)
You will need to bring along your NETS FlashPay, the SMS
notification and NRIC or Work Permit to claim the vouchers. |

What happens if I lose/cancel/terminate my card? |
| |
Should the NETS FlashPay be suspended, cancelled or terminated
at any time up to date of the claiming of the Twenty Singapore
Dollars (S$20) worth of shopping vouchers or be revoked or cancelled
due to refund or otherwise or has lapsed or expired up to the
date of the claiming of the prize, NETS shall cancel all rides
accumulated to that NETS FlashPay without incurring any liability. |

Is the prize transferable or exchangeable? |
| |
No, the Twenty Singapore Dollars (S$20) worth of shopping
vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable. |

Is the “Ride & Redeem” promotion open
to the public? |
| |
No, it is only open to the NETS FlashPay Limited Public Launch
users who have SMS in to participate. |
