at selected distributors. The Open Value
(Variable) Gift Card can be ordered through NETS or online

| How
do you use the NETS Gift Card? |
| To use your NETS Gift Card, present it to the Gift Card
merchant when purchasing good or services. Similar to
cash, you do not need to sign the receipt or input any
PIN number, so do check the receipt if the correct amount
is deducted from the balance. Keep your transaction receipts
because they will act as your support for claiming a replacement
Gift Card if you lose yours. |

| When
does the NETS Gift Card expire? |
| The NETS Gift Card expires after a year from its date
of purchase and no cash refund will be given. It is also
not usable on any ATM to withdraw cash. |

| Where
can you use the NETS Gift Card? |
| To identify a merchant that accepts the NETS Gift Card,
look out for the NETS Gift Card decals
displayed outside the store. Please ask the counter staff
if you are unsure. |

| Replacing
the NETS Gift Card |
| If your NETS Gift Card is stolen, they can usually be
replaced within 24 hours. It is important that you provide
transaction and purchase receipts for processing. The
value can be replaced only in another card and no cash
can be reimbursed. If we are unable to determine the nature
of the refund claim, we may defer the decision to a later
date. We may also request a police report in order to
help us in our investigations. |

Retain and keep your transaction receipts in
a safe place in case of a need to claim a replacement
card. |

If your card is lost or stolen, please
contact NETS Customer Sales & Service Centre
at 6274 1212. You will need to visit the NETS office
with supporting documents to report a loss and your
value will be protected. |

Read the terms and conditions
applied to the use of the NETS Gift Card carefully.
Failure to comply with these terms might result
in you being ineligible for a replacement card.

Authority of Singapore. Consumers are advised to read
