What
is a NETS CashCard?
The NETS CashCard is a stored value card that can be used at most retail stores, car park payment machines, vending machines, pay phones and other places. At any one time, the card can only top up to a maximum of $500 in store value.

For how long can I use my NETS CashCard?
All NETS CashCard will expire 5 years from the date of issue After expiration, you have up to 2 years' to draw down the remaining value in the card. To check your card's expiry date, you can go to our homepage, click on "Check NETS CashCard expiry online" and key in your NETS CashCard 16-digit number.

How do I get a NETS CashCard Refund?
If you wish to refund your NETS CashCard, you may do so at:
•
Any Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB for an immediate refund.
•
NETS office at 298 Tiong Bahru Road, #04-01/06, Central Plaza (beside Tiong Bahru Plaza) during office hours.
Mondays to Fridays: 9am – 5pm
Saturdays: 9am – 12pm
Please note:
1.
Refunds for some organization specific NETS CashCards cannot be obtained at the ATMs. Please refer to the respective organizations on the necessary arrangements.
2.
You can still get a refund on your cashcard 2 years after the card has expired. However, if you are still holding the card in the 8th year, the S$2 deposit and a $1 service charge will be deducted from the NETS CashCard every month until the balance is depleted.
