1. What is the combi NETS CashCard?
  Introduced by NETS, the combi NETS CashCard has both a contact and contactless interface. It allows you to make payments using the NETS terminal or the contactless NETS CashCard readers for even faster transactions.

4. How do I top-up my NETS CashCard?
  With about 3,000 locations island-wide, topping up your NETS CashCard via NETS or Cash payment is easy!

Selected Esso, Mobil and Shell petrol stations

5. How to Get a NETS CashCard Refund
  If you wish to refund your NETS CashCard, you may do so at:
1.
Any Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of DBS/POSB, OCBC and UOB for an immediate refund.
2.
NETS office at 298 Tiong Bahru Road, #04-01/06 Central Plaza (beside Tiong Bahru Plaza)
during office hours.
Mondays to Fridays 9.00am – 5.00pm
Saturdays 9.00am – 12.00pm

Note:
1.
Refunds for some organisation specific CashCards® cannot be obtained at the ATMs. Please refer to the respective organisations on the necessary arrangements.
2.
You are given a grace period of up to two years after the card has expired to obtain a refund. After the two-year grace period expires, the S$2 deposit and a S$1 service charge will be deducted from the CashCard every month until the balance is depleted.
   
   
6. What Is a Smartcard Reader
  The PCSC Smartcard reader stands for Personal Computer Smartcard compliant Smartcard reader which can be attached to a computer/laptop to perform an online NETS CashCard payment on the online merchants' websites.

It is a plug and play technology. However depending on the computer/laptop configuration, these readers require the installation of drivers that is normally packaged together with the Smartcard reader at the point of purchase.

Depending on the configuration of your computer, you may need to download JAVA Runtime before you can make an online NETS CashCard payment.
