  1. What is a NETS CashCard?

  2. The NETS CashCard is a stored value card that can be used at most retail stores, car park payment machines, vending machines, pay phones and other places. At any one time, the card can only top up to a maximum of $500 in store value.


  3. For how long can I use my NETS CashCard?

  4. All NETS CashCard will expire 5 years from the date of issue After expiration, you have up to 2 years' to draw down the remaining value in the card. To check your card's expiry date, you can go to our homepage, click on "Check NETS CashCard expiry online" and key in your NETS CashCard 16-digit number.

  5. Where can I buy a NETS CashCard?
    • NETS Customer Service Center at Level 2, Unit 02-03
    • Automobile Association of Singapore
    • Carrefour
    • Cheers
    • FairPrice Xpress
    • 7-Eleven
    • Others: Selected Car Parks, Photocopy Facilities
    All distributors are identified by the ‘Authorised NETS CashCard Distributors’ decals.

  6. Where can I Top-up my NETS CashCard?
    • Local Bank ATMs: DBS/POSB, OCBC, UOB
    • Selected Car Parks
    • Selected Petrol Stations: Shell, ExxonMobil, Caltex
    • Self service Top-up station located in Standard Chartered Bank Auto-Lobby
    • Convenience Store: 7-ELeven

  7. Where can I get a refund if my NETS CashCard has expired?

  8. You may obtain the refund on your NETS CashCard via:
    1. Any Automated Teller Machine (ATM) of DBS, OCBC and UOB.
    2. Any bank branch of DBS, OCBC and UOB.

    3. To do a refund at a bank counter:
      • Get a NETS CashCard® Refund Form from the bank teller.
      • Fill up the form legibly
      • Tear and keep the last copy of the refund form
      • Insert your NETS CashCard® and the form into the NETS CashCard® Refund Envelopes (also available from the teller)
      • Seal the envelope
      • Deposit the envelope into the NETS CashCard® Refund Box located at the counter.

      Note:
      NETS shall refund the balance stored value (less deductions, if any) of the NETS CashCard by crediting the bank account of the cardholder upon its receipt of the NETS CashCard. In the event the NETS CashCard is lost, misplaced or stolen in the course of delivery to NETS by post or otherwise, no refund shall be made and NETS and the bank(s) shall not be held responsible or liable to the cardholder or any person for any losses, expenses and/or damages arising thereof

      For NETS CashCard refunds to overseas addresses, NETS will not attend to any refund request less than S$15. All administration fees involved in the refund process will be charged to the cardholder's account.

      Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm
      Saturday: 9am to 12pm

    Please note that refunds for some organization specific NETS CashCard® cannot be obtained at the ATMs. Please refer to the respective organizations on the necessary arrangement.
