To find out the expiry of your NETS CashCard, key in the unique 16-digit NETS CashCard CAN number located at the back of your NETS CashCard.

Please note the following:

1.	Each NETS CashCard has a validity period of 5 years, after which an additional 2 years' grace period will be given for refunds.
2.	Once a NETS CashCard has expired, cardholders will not be able to top-up and make payments with the expired card.
3.	NETS CashCard expires on the last day of the expiry month.
4.	Records will be updated on the 10th of every month. If you have just obtained a NETS CashCard, please check the expiry of your card in the following month. If you need assistance, please contact NETS Sales & Customer Service Centre at 6274 1212.
