MANAGER, PORTFOLIO (Issuance/ Product Marketing)
 
Responsibilities:
Driving incremental revenue and profits from existing customers through usage, rewards/loyalty and portfolio programs
Formulating strategy and successful implementation of usage, rewards/loyalty and portfolio programs
Negotiate usage promotions, reward pricing and structure with partners
Managing end-to-end marketing campaigns with internal and external agencies to produce relevant and consistent communications
Manage regular reporting, tracking actual performance, plan and analyze campaign performance to make strategic recommendations for future campaigns
 

Requirements:
Possess a recognised Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with at least 3 – 4 years of experience in Banking, Financial or Payments industry
Candidates who understand financial dynamics of usage, rewards/loyalty and portfolio programs of a cards portfolio and prior knowledge of the retail payment instruments, particularly the small value payments market. Familiarity with debit/credit products will be viewed favourably
Team player with leadership capability and strong interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, presentation and project management skills
 


EXECUTIVE, ACQUISITION (Issuance/ Product Marketing)
 
Responsibilities:
Accountable for the corporate sales targets of the stored-value product
Prospect, identify leads and generate corporate sales of the stored-value product
Liaise with internal and external parties to execute timely production and delivery of orders
 

Requirements:
Possess a recognised Degree in Business Administration or Marketing with at least 1 – 2 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in the area of credit cards, high-volume membership sales or similar products
Detail oriented team player with strong project management and interpersonal skills
Persuasive, confident and creative sales and marketing individual with good account planning and servicing, relationship management and business development skills
 


ASSISTANT/ VICE PRESIDENT, (iNETS Business)
 
You will be a part of the iNETS business and Channels group and overseethe iNETS kiosks channels, deployment, product/service development and acquisitions.

The objective for this group is to acquire a large base of key billers as well as customers for these services and manage the kiosk channel. You will need to be experienced with self-service payment kiosks and have extensive biller/customer acquisition and product management experience with such services (such as kiosk deployment, marketing, and business developmental roles). Understanding of the biller, bill payment industry, kiosk deployment and distribution channels, banking ecosystem is mandatory. Experience with the local regulations would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
Management the kiosk deployment team and the deployment targets
Acquire key billers/merchants and achieve target acquisition goals
Acquire customer base for these services and achieve target acquisition goals
Management of the P&L for the kiosk network
Management of price book and contract administration
Account management the relationship including pre and post-sales management
Manage service launch per target milestones
Work with cross functional teams to deliver a working solution compliant with all internal and external policies.
Manage the usage and marketing
 

Requirements:
Minimum 6 years merchant acquisition/account management experience
2-3 years in bill payments industry (kiosk)
Experience in mobile/internet development is desirable
 


ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER, FINANCE
 
Responsibilities:
Assist VP in creating meaningful financial information to facilitate strategic and operational decision making
Perform Capex & Opex budgetary controls
Produce reports and analysis including performance analysis and variance commentary for management review
Participate in forecasting and budgetary processes
Assist in developing systems for the measurement and reporting of key performance indices, metrics and benchmarks
Consolidate information for ad-hoc projects and reports. Perform ad-hoc analysis as and when required
 

Requirements:
Accounting Degree or professional qualification
2 - 3 years of postgraduate experience preferably with some years in an MNC environment
Diploma holders with more years of experience will also be considered
Well versed with Microsoft Office applications - BAR certification from ICPAS advantageous
Prior working experience using SAP financial system would be an added advantage
Must be mature, analytical, self motivated and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with Business Units
 


ASSISTANT MANAGER/ MANAGER, FINANCE
 
You will be the lead officer for eNETS settlement and revenue accounting operations - the focal point for UAT for eNETS related financial system.

Responsibilities:
Lead officer for eNETS Billing and Settlement
Responsible for review of invoices issued
Ensure compliance on Billing policies and procedures
Documentation of eNETS finance processes
Review and approval of accounting entries, manual invoices, debit and credit notes
Key contact point for exceptional billing cases from various departments
Preparation of month-end closing
Perform Finance UAT projects
Month-end closing reconciliation review and schedules particularly Collateral and Merchant Payable
Review and ensure customer refund’s accuracy
 

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years working experience
Experience in full set of accounting, billing and operations
Experience in managing a team
Degree in Finance or other relevant fields
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
Able to start work immediately is highly preferred
